Asitec Group has completed a new project to expanding the storage capacity for atomized clays for its client WOW TILES, with the aim of optimizing internal logistics and increase autonomy of the press feed.
New silos and conveyor systems
The project involved the installation of metal silos with a total capacity of 60 m³, support structures, access walkways, and conveyor systems using conveyor belts and new dosing equipment for presses.
Integration with existing systems
This upgrade complements the previous raw materials management system that Asitec developed for WOW TILES in 2020, integrating seamlessly with the existing system.
Efficiency and Materials Management
The project is part of a strategy for continuous improvement in raw material management, ensuring a more stable production flow, greater control over materials, and a reduction in downtime due to supply shortages.
