Technical solutions for cleaner, more precise, and more efficient feeding, pressing, and removal of ceramic parts.

Asitec Ceramic develops customized solutions to optimize the ceramic pressing, ranging from press feeding to the extraction and cleaning of the parts. For production runs using special raw materials, we offer direct loading via big bags supported by hoists, which allow the press to be fed without contaminating existing hoppers. We manufacture custom pneumatic hoppers with airtight seals and anti-caking or vibrating options, ensuring precise dosing onto the sheet.

We design and manufacture custom press carts that incorporate our key components, such as patented glass plates, which improve glide, prevent soil buildup, and facilitate maintenance without disassembling the system. We also develop multi-format floating rail grids, adaptable to different configurations, and honeycomb-style grids, depending on the needs of the mold and the format.

For press outlets, we supply custom pushers capable of adapting to any type of part, manufactured using our own technical vulcanization, as well as front cleaners to remove burrs and clumps, and blowers to keep the mold surface free of debris between cycles. We round out this phase with localized vacuum, ensuring a cleaner, more precise, and more efficient molding environment.
